- Create a Paytm business account (if you already do not have one), enter your business details, and upload the scanned copies of documents based on your business type.
- Once your Paytm account has been created, you will get User Acceptance Testing (UAT) credentials that can be used to do test transactions in a staging environment before going live.
- You can share the UAT credentials with Cashfree at Support team along with your merchant ID. Cashfree will do test transactions on your behalf and reply to your email with the test transactions’ details.
- Share the test transactions’ details with Paytm. Paytm will generate production credentials for your account.
- Share the production credentials with Cashfree. On receiving the production credentials, Cashfree will enable Payouts/Cashgram payments to Paytm wallets for your account.
- If you would prefer not to maintain a Paytm business account, you can:
- Use alternative payment modes such as bank transfer, card, UPI or AmazonPay
- If you are a Payouts user and do not have recipients’ payment details, you can use Cashgram payout links to transfer money to your users without having to collect their payment details. Know more about Cashgram here. Cashgram is activated by default for Payout users.

Reversed is a final state and does not allow transitioning to any other state. Cashfree credits the original amount to your Payouts account.

- Log in to the Merchant Dashboard using your credentials.
- In the left navigation panel, go to Settlements.
- Select On-demand from the dropdown.
- Click Withdraw Now next to the available balance.
- A list of previously initiated withdrawals is also displayed on this screen.
- Log in to the Merchant Dashboard using your credentials.
- Navigate to Fund Sources > Cashfree Wallet.
- Under the Overview section, click Withdraw next to Last Withdrawal.
- Enter the withdrawal Amount and Remarks, then click Withdraw.
- Log in to the Merchant Dashboard using your credentials.
- In the left navigation panel, go to Accounts.
- A summary of your account transactions will be displayed.
- Click Withdraw to initiate the fund withdrawal.
- Maximum 3 withdrawals allowed per day.
- Funds are credited only to your registered business bank account.
- Processing time is between 8:00 AM and 6:45 PM, Monday to Saturday except 2nd and 4th Saturdays.
- Withdrawals are non-reversible once submitted.
- It may take 30 minutes to a few hours for the credit to reflect.
